The Board of Control for Cricket in India on Tuesday announced the new vice-captain of the national team T. Natarajan.
The 29-year-old fast bowler has been appointed after the retirement of former skipper Virat Kohli. Natarajan, who has previously represented India in T20I, is currently the leading wicket-taker in IPL 2020.

BCCI sacks KL Rahul as cricket vice-captain

The decision comes ahead of India’s tour of the West Indies, which starts in the middle of August. Rahul, who had been appointed vice-captain of the team back in February, will now only be available for selection as a normal player.
